In the third quarter of 2023, the top five Navigation and Maps applications in Germany saw diverse performance metrics across downloads, active users, and revenue. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers insights into the trends for Google Maps, Blitzer.de, Google Earth, Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, and OOONO.

Google Maps experienced a notable trajectory in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 135K in the week of July 24. Despite a slight dip towards the end of August, the downloads stabilized around 104K in the last week of September. Active users saw a consistent pattern, hovering around 10.6M throughout the quarter.

Blitzer.de saw steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $86K in late July. Downloads also maintained a stable pace, with a high of 41K in the week of July 31. Active users increased gradually, reaching approximately 281K by the end of September.

Google Earth showed a consistent download trend, with numbers fluctuating around 31K. Active users peaked at 383K in late July but saw a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, stabilizing at approximately 330K.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic had a variable download pattern, hitting a peak of 35K in mid-August. Active users showed a slight decline from a high of 676K in mid-August to about 600K by the end of September.

OOONO exhibited an interesting download spike, reaching 51K in mid-July, followed by a more stable trend around 15K towards the end of the quarter. Active users consistently increased, peaking at approximately 1.45M by the end of September.
